Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Brodericks Furniture reserves the right to refuse the sale of goods. By making a purchase on our website, you are agreeing to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please Note: Beds Do Not come with Mattresses, unless stated.
All Prices are in Euros. All our invoices are issued in Euro only.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish Law. The place of litigation is the Republic of Ireland.
We accept all major credit cards. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or e-mail or over the Internet. However, we do not recommend that you send all the information in just one fax, e-mail for security reasons. When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
First things first – DELIVERY IS FREE to all Adjoining Counties to us here in County Clare - That’s Galway, Tipperary, Limerick and of course Clare itself.
All other Counties in Ireland will incur a flat rate of €30.00 This is to cover the High Cost of Fuel.
Please note, due to the large amount of items on our website, we are unable to keep every item in stock. We will contact you via email with a scheduled delivery date. Please confirm that this delivery date is acceptable or there may be a delay in the Goods being dispatched. If this date is unacceptable, then please contact us via email or telephone, as soon as possible, to arrange an alternative date. We will inform you of an approximate time we can deliver on the agreed delivery date.
We are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time due to other deliveries, traffic conditions and/or other possible mitigating circumstances.
We do not delivery on Weekends or Bank Holidays. We may be able to make a deliver on a Saturday by special arrangement. We currently deliver within the Republic of Ireland ONLY.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
VAT is included in all the price’s contained on our website.
Credit Card Security
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. We use Realex Payments for this service. At no time is any Credit Card data stored on our own Servers.

Cancellation of Order
Orders can be cancelled in writing, (by email, fax or letter) up to 24 hours before the scheduled shipment date. This will incur a handling and administration fee of €50.00. Once the goods have been dispatched, cancellation of the order and refund is not possible.
Brodericks furniture will only offer a refund on items that are found to be damaged, after a member of Brodericks Furniture sales team has inspected the faulty goods. If an item is found to be faulty, Brodericks Furniture will at their discretion offer the customer a refund or replace the item.
We will only accept returns under the following circumstances:-
1. You must fill in the returns form on our website to obtain an RMA Number before contacting Brodericks Furniture.
2. All items must be agreed to be returned by Brodericks Furniture before the customer may ship the goods back to Brodericks Furniture.
3. Items will only be considered for returns within 14 days of delivery.
4. All items that are shipped back to us shall be at the customer’s own expense.
5. All items that are returned will incur a restocking fee of €100.00.
Any data given by the customer is used only to process orders. Credit card details are not stored online, so no unauthorised person can gain access to them.
We assure our customers that we will do our best to meet their requirements. Variations or cancellations may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as an Act Of God, war, bad weather conditions, strike actions, labour disputes, fire, floods or other causes beyond the control of Brodericks FurnitureYour rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
